Chef T (aka Theresa Pham) was born and raised in Saigon, learning to cook from the best there is, her Mom. Theresa sees food as an expression of love and continues to learn in her friends’ mothers kitchens, from her Japanese mother-in-law, and via global travels where cuisine has been a focus. Join us on Sunday June 27 from 4-6 pm as Chef T brings her love of food to your kitchen.  Learn how to make quick pickled vegetables, a versatile addition to a variety of dishes, and lemon grass chicken with a marinade so delicious you’ll be using it for all your proteins.  The elusive perfect salad roll is yours to make at home, and so much easier than you could imagine.  All these dishes are just the thing you’ll want to pack for your summer picnics!
