We had so much fun at our first on line cooking class, we want to continue to share the joy. Mekdes Gete demonstrated how to make four authentic Ethiopian recipes: Asa Tibs Wet (a fish dish), Green Lentil Salad, Gomen Wet (a side vegetable dish) and Garlic and Ginger Paste, a unique and flavourful ingredient used in all the dishes. For a fee of $40 you will receive the recipes and access to the video. If you want the authentic Ethiopian experience you can add-on Ethiopian spices berbere, rosemary and korerima at check-out for an additional $10.
As one participant said ‘I wasn’t sure how my dishes would turn out, but they were just as good as what I have had in Ethiopian restaurants!’
